Thanksgiving-The Day After


The average Thanksgiving Dinner totals a whopping 2400 calories.  How are you going to counter act this annual feast.  It's best to clean the intestines with lighter meals, lots of roughage and less animal flesh.  It's ok to have that wonderful meal but now it's time to balance the blood sugar and get the body back on track.  For the next week, track your food intake and get back to balancing the system.
