Gluten Free Easter Candy!



Your local stores are now filled with colorful Easter Candy.  Beautifully wrapped chocolate await your easter baskets.  Surprisingly, much of this candy is gluten free.   In the past, shopping for Easter Candy was a frustrating experience,  However, times have changed and manufacturers are following the growing market trends of nutritionally sensitive buyer.  The Gluten Free population stopped buying products that don’t fit their lifestyle.  In 2012, favorites such as Peeps and  Cadbury Eggs are manufacture gluten free products.

Dedicated Production Line (DL)
These products do not contain gluten and are made with machinery that only processes foods without gluten. The manufacturer assures us that they consider gluten a top allergen and therefore take the necessary steps to ensure that these products are safe from cross-contamination.

Dedicated Facility (DF)
These products do not contain gluten and are made in a building where there is no gluten in any other product.
